I swear breakfast is my favorite meal! I can literally eat breakfast at anytime of date. Whether is midnight or mid-afternoon, it honestly doesn’t matter. If you’re a breakfast lover like I am.. quick insight: it actually has its benefits if you don’t skip it. Skipping breakfast only leads to over indulging throughout the rest of the day or indulging in the wrong foods to make up for the missed meal. If you’re aiming to lose weight don’t skip breakfast! Just eat in smaller portions or opt for a healthy shake or smoothie instead. BUT, always be sure to eat a healthy and nutritious breakfast to jump-start your busy day 🙂
